Planning for end-of-life can feel overwhelming, especially without wanting to speak to a guide. I led design and research for an ecommerce experience that let users explore, learn, and purchase a memorial tree entirely online. The mvp was delivered mid-january 2021 for launch the following month.

This intensive workshop brought together cross-functional teams to explore opportunities around user retention and engagement. With a focus on driving repeat transfers and increasing top-of-funnel activity, we examined the current state of Zepz Loyalty, mapped communication flows across domains, and identified gaps in the user journey.
