I am a product designer with expertise for over a decade. My education started in San Francisco at California College of the Arts, graduating with a BFA in Graphic & Visual Design. After, I focused on my Master’s in User Experience & Research at Maryland Institute College of the Arts.
I enjoy working and collaborating cross-functionally. I believe that design is key to helping users visualize the product/service from beginning to end.
I am always willing to adapt my skills to the work required. It is important to focus on the user’s needs, understand their challenges, and what works/ what doesn’t. The value research brings is empathy and user-centricity. User research, personas, user flows, wireframes and user testing is how we compile the information to evaluate if the experience is ideal for the use case.
